Moore Stephens Financial Services is a highly successful advisory and investment management business. Over the last few years, we’ve doubled, trebled and then quadrupled in size. We use cutting edge technology to deliver excellent service to our clients and we’re expanding rapidly - but this rapid growth means that we have an ongoing need to recruit new team members.

IT Skills
We are at the cutting edge of information technology and so you will need to be literate and comfortable in using modern technology and software applications.
Virtually everything we do is technology driven; from online investment trading to our paperless office record keeping system.
You will need to feel comfortable working in this hi tech environment and be willing to embrace new ideas and ways of working.
Teamwork
Teamwork is important because it allows our company’s goals to be achieved in an efficient and timely manner. Teamwork is about combining the different but complimentary skills of diverse individuals to reach a desired outcome in a way that that could not be achieved alone.
Since you will need to work as part of a team, you will have to understand the roles of others and how their work interacts with and influences yours.
You will need to empathise with your colleagues and genuinely care about their well-being. You should possess the emotional intelligence to understand other team members and their work situations, and be willing to listen and reinforce the value of their contribution.
