Dickon qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1981 and is now partner in charge of the Peterborough Office of Chartered Accountants Moore Stephens East Midlands, and independent member firm of Moore Stephens International Ltd. He also is a member of the Supervisory Board of Moore Stephens UK Ltd.

Dickon specialises in helping businesses and private clients achieve their goals, and is involved in tax planning, including Inheritance Tax. He is also the firm's lead partner in the not for profit sector, which includes charities and the public sector.

Outside the office he enjoys walking and photography. With his wife, Barbara, he has recently helped build a recording studio for his son in Kings Cliffe.
