Jilly holds a degree in Classics and joined the Financial Services industry in 2001. Having worked primarily for the Financial Services wing of another accountancy firm in Northampton, she joined Moore Stephens Financial Services as a Paraplanner in April 2005.

Jilly holds the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and has attained Chartered Financial Planner status. Although qualified to provide advice on financial planning matters, as Head of Fund Research, she also provides fund and product analysis for client meetings and the Moore Stephens Financial Planning website.

In her spare time Jilly is a classically trained guitarist and regularly attends Northampton Saints RFC and Northants CCC matches.
