Norman joined Moore Stephens Financial Services in October 2007 when his own very successful firm, needing a more substantial base, was incorporated into the MSFS organisation. His experience in the financial services industry began in banking, and he spent a number of years as the Practice Manager of a firm of solicitors before joining an international firm of Chartered Accountants in 1983, where he became a founding director of their investment management company.

He has managed a number of private, charity and Trust clients' portfolios for many years.

Norman is married, with two grown up children, and spends much of his remaining time outside of the office helping to run a local Rotary Club where he is currently Club Treasurer, having been Club President in 2002/03. Other interests include music and travel.
